The Castle of Cison, now called Castelbrando and is a private structure; it was originally a fortress that, since 1300, was disputed between the Bishops of Ceneda and the da Camino until 1436 when it passed to the Republic of Venice which ceded it to two of its most important leaders: Brandolino Brandolini and Erasmo da Narni called Gattamelata . It has recently been restored to become a hotel and venue for important internationally renowned cultural events.

Move down from the castle, town, it meets the small center of Cison, great elegance and continuous proportions. The parish church deserves a visit.
